Step into the charm and character of this vintage 1940s home, situated on a picturesque, tree-lined street in the heart of Greeley. This inviting home is perfect for up to ten guests, yet cozy enough for a romantic getaway for two. This home, built in 1940, has a few charming quirks that add to its character. The downstairs bedrooms and living areas are accessed through the laundry room, which we’ve tried to make as pleasant as possible. The front door may need a firm push to close completely, and some interior doors require a bit of effort to latch. The stairs to the basement are a bit steep, and the downstairs living area has a lower ceiling due to ductwork, so tall guests should watch their heads.

We take your health and safety seriously, ensuring that our cleaners disinfect all high-touch surfaces, such as light switches and doorknobs, after every booking.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
